Moray Coast and surrounding areas Landscape Photo Tour - Morayshire | October 20-25, 2023

Join us for an unforgettable photography experience based in the stunning coastal town of Lossiemouth, Morayshire. 

From Friday, October 20th to Wednesday, October 25th, we invite you to capture the breathtaking beauty of this remarkable area.

Accommodation: Indulge in the comfort of private rooms situated within a picturesque seaside holiday park. Our well-located accommodation offers convenient access to magnificent sunset beaches, adorned with colossal cliffs that add an extra touch of allure to your shots. The nearby lighthouse and WW2 bunkers create compelling subjects for your photography. Additionally, just a short 5-minute drive away, you'll discover a captivating beach location with enchanting sand dunes, occasionally adorned with driftwood, providing a perfect setting for sunrise shots.

Photography Opportunities: Prepare to be inspired by the diverse range of subjects that await you. Along the immediate coastline and within a 40-minute drive, you'll encounter awe-inspiring rock pinnacles, majestic cliffs, expansive harbour walls, mystical caves, playful dolphins, the iconic Bow Fiddle rock, and charming fishing villages. Delve just 20 minutes inland to immerse yourself in varying woodlands, where autumnal colours come alive, offering endless exploration. If you're seeking grandeur, the Cairngorm National Park and Dava Moore, located within an hour's drive, provide splendid vistas and unique experiences. For aircraft enthusiasts, RAF Lossiemouth, along with excellent spotting locations, is a mere 5-minute drive away. And if fortune smiles upon us, we may witness the mesmerizing Aurora, as our location is ideally situated for its displays. As an added bonus, our workshop is nestled in the heart of the renowned Malt Whisky trail, offering delightful indulgence.

Locations planned to visit: Morayshire, Banfshire and Aberdeenshire coast, Cairngorms national park and the Dava Moor and surrounding woodlands.

Transport: All transport is included in the price of the workshop, we will have the use of an 8-seater minibus for the duration of the tour

Workshop Details: Upon arrival, we'll check in and immediately head out to capture the captivating sunset. Throughout our workshop, we'll embrace early mornings,  and conclude our photography sessions at sunset each day. On the departure day, if flight times permit, we'll seize the opportunity to capture one last stunning sunrise before making our way back to the airport.

Group Size and Booking: Our intimate workshop accommodates a maximum of 5 participants, ensuring personalized guidance and attention. To secure your spot, a £100 deposit is required, and booking is confirmed upon payment. The remaining balance is due by July 31, 2023.

The remainder of the balance can be paid by bacs, as this will enable me to keep the Paypal commission from having to be passed on to you. I will follow up with an email that will include the bacs details closer to the July date for final payments for you.

Additional Information: Please note that certain parts of our photography adventure may involve walking on unmade paths and working at heights from cliff tops. While we won't be scaling mountains during this trip, we recommend bringing suitable foul-weather clothing, as our workshop will proceed regardless of the weather conditions.

Insurance and Meals: Camera and personal insurance are not included in the workshop cost. Furthermore, the workshop fee does not cover meals. However, we will conveniently utilize a local supermarket to prepare food for on-the-go, and a variety of local restaurants will be available for dining after sunset. Each static caravan is equipped with full cooking facilities for your convenience.
